Farzi was directed and created by Raj and DK, who are also famous for their hit Amazon Prime series The Family Man starring Manoj Bajpayee. Farzi centers around Shahid, who portrays the role of Sunny, a disillusioned artist. Shahid Kapoor is one of the rare Indian actors who excel in all areas. This National Film Award winner needs no introduction, especially in South India. In Farzi, he portrays a Special Task Force Officer named Michael Vedanayagam. This stunning lady plays an RBI (Reserve Bank of India) officer. Megha Vyas, Raashii’s character, later works for CCFART (Currency Fraud Analysis & Research Team). Additionally, she worked with John Abraham in Madras Cafe and has appeared in films such as Villain, Oohalu Gusagusalade (Telugu), Yodha, Sardar, Hyper, and others.
Bhuvan Arora
Bhuavn has one of the most fun roles in this series. In the series, Bhuvan Arora plays Shahid Kapoor’s best friend and business partner, Firoz, and assists him in creating counterfeit money. Farzi: Plot Summary
Sunny, a poor but talented artist, can effortlessly reproduce any painting, and he works at his Grandfather’s newspaper, Kranti, with his best friend, Firoz. Thanks to the failing business of his Grandfather and all the money they have to pay back, Sunny and Firoz think of various ways to earn money and end up counterfeiting the money. Sunny teams up with his childhood friend and copies the currency illegally but beautifully. He duplicates the details better than machinery, and with the help of Firoz, they print their own money. In their noble yet illegal pursuit, they face challenges from gangsters and a policeman. In this thriller series, many mishappening happens, but no one wants to lose.
